Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

JLI1 is committed to resolving member complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint, please submit it in writing to our support email. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 business days. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and JLI1 regarding your use of our services.
